A native Nevadan and lifelong resident of Assembly District 39, Assemblyman Blayne Osborn is a dedicated public servant and a leader in rural healthcare. For over 20 years, Blayne helped Republicans in Carson City as a legislative aide and committee manager and worked to fight the left and defend the Constitution as an employee of the National Rifle Association.

In 2015, Blayne began advocating to improve rural healthcare with Nevada Rural Hospital Partners. As President, he has successfully advocated for bills increasing the access and quality of healthcare for rural Nevadans.

Unanimously appointed by the Douglas and Lyon County Commissions to the Assembly, Blayne fought for District 39 in the 36th Special Legislative Session. Blayne was proud to support Governor Lombardo's initiatives to crack down on crime, bolster school safety, and bring more healthcare providers to Nevada.

Blayne lives in Gardnerville with his wife, Natalie, a medical doctor who works in pediatric care.
